HNC Management and Leadership
Overview
If you are thinking about moving into a management position or are currently employed in a management role and would like to enhance your career prospects, the HNC Management and Leadership course could be the next step to fulfilling your aspirations.
The HNC course is a professionally recognised qualification, jointly certificated with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and respected across all industry sectors. It provides a flexible structure, which focuses on the skills that allow managers and leaders to face the day-to-day challenges of the modern workplace. Most importantly, it provides the educational and experiential background that employers demand.
Whilst undertaking the HNC course, you are eligible for 12 months free studying membership of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and, on achievement, you are eligible for Associate (ACMI) membership of the CMI.
Entry
Ideally you should have achieved qualifications at SCQF level 6 e.g. Highers, college course or an SVQ, or have current or recent relevant employment experience.
