Students shine at ScotHot 2025

We are thrilled to announce the outstanding achievements of ourĀ  Culinary Arts students at the prestigious ScotHot 2025 competition held at the SECC on February 26th and 27th, 2025. Our culinary and hospitality department has once again demonstrated exceptional talent, creativity, and skill, bringing home an impressive collection of awards.

Overall Achievement Summary

Our students' dedication and hard work resulted in an exceptional medal haul:

  • 7 Gold Medals (including 2 Best in Class)
  • 8 Silver Medals (including 1 Best in Class)
  • 6 Bronze Medals
  • 1 Merit
  • 1 Hygiene Best in Class Award
  • 2 Table d'Honneur Silver Medal Awards
  • 1 Best in Class Russums Award

The department attended ScotHot 2025 with competitors, staff members, and many of our students to support and celebrate these achievements. This experience provides invaluable industry exposure and professional development for everyone involved.
