Now you have enrolled, you can access your College emails by installing the Outlook app from your app store.  Simply sign in with your College email address and password, following the instructions on screen.

You can also install Teams, OneDrive, Word, etc on your phone/tablet and sign in with your College email address and password to access your College data.

To access college data, your device must:

• Be encrypted;
• Have a PIN/password, minimum 8 characters; one that is secure and not easily guessable
• Require the PIN on device start;
• Not be rooted/jailbroken;
• Block apps from unknown sources. Apps must be installed from the device’s official app store.
• Not install apps on the block list (applications which attempt to bypass mobile device management)
• Keep your device operating system and applications up to date

Your personal information is private; we are concerned only with securing college data on your device.  We cannot see this type of information on your device:

• Call history;
• Text messages;
• Personal email, contacts and calendar;
• Web history;
• Location;
• Camera roll;
• Personal Data;
• Personal Apps

 We can see this type of information on your device:

• Owner;
• Device name;
• Serial number;
• Manufacturer;
• Model;
• Operating system;
• Company apps

Details for college-owned devices are the same as above with one exception: a list of all apps is reported to Intune.

You can also sign in to the Office apps on your phone to access Office data in OneDrive, OneNote, Word, etc. Sign in with your work email address and specify a PIN/fingerprint for app security.
