Level 5 Diploma in Housing (CIH)
Overview
This qualification will provide learners with the strategic knowledge and skills to face the current challenges in housing covering key aspects of leadership, management and ethics. and is comparable in level to the second year of an undergraduate degree.
Its main objective upon completion of the course is to equip individuals with the right levels of knowledge and skills for a strategic management role. Upon completion of all five units, including the Professional Practice unit, learners will meet the expectations for CIH chartered membership of the profession.

This qualification is suitable for learners who:
- Aspiring to or already working in a housing Management position.
- Already possess a Level 4 or related qualification within the field of housing or related discipline.
- Have experience of working in a managerial role.
