HND Social Sciences - Year 2
Overview
This course is for those who have successfully completed HNC Social Sciences or HND Social Sciences Year 1.
You will study a range of academic disciplines: Sociology, Psychology, Politics, History, Research Issues, Criminology and more.
Entry
This course is generally only open to internal applicants at New College Lanarkshire. However, the Cumbernauld campus will consider appropriate external applications.
- Candidates for Year 2 entry should have (or be in the process of acquiring) the requisite 15 HNC Social Sciences/HND Social Sciences Year 1 credits in appropriate subjects
- A satisfactory reference from the Social Sciences team is also required
Please note:
- Motherwell Campus - This course is primarily for progressing students of New College Lanarkshire, but external applications may be considered under exceptional circumstances
- Cumbernauld Campus - External applications are invited
