Connect to the Arts
Overview
Connect to the Arts is for students with Additional Support Needs who are interested in developing their skills in Music, Drama and Art. This course will give adults with Additional Support Needs the opportunity to develop new hobbies and a focused interest in creative and expressive arts.
Entry
Students who are working at SCQF levels 1 and 2.
Learn
Students will have the opportunity to learn a new musical instrument, develop some movie making skills and take part in a series of creative activities throughout the year. Core skills will be embedded in practical ways at a suitable level for students. There will also be a series of volunteering and enterprise opportunities during the year.
